Buffalo Burger Patties

Great on the bBQ, served in a whole grain sprouted bun.

Double the amount of each ingredient and have a get together with
friends and family or freeze some for another quick meal.
1lb ground buffalo
1 organic onion, chopped
1/2 organic green pepper, chopped
1/2 small organic beet, grated
3 cloves organic garlic
1 organic carrot, grated
1 cup flax meal
1 egg white
1/2 cup cooked steel cut oats
Ground sage and oregano spices
1 tsp Bragg’s soy sauce
1 tsp flaxseeds

Mix all the ingredients together, use your hands but don’t over handle the mixture. Form into patties and grill for dinner or freeze for later.

Great to eat on an organic whole grain bun or without, with a large green salad. You can add some carbs and extra flavour to your salad by adding a piece of fruit or raisins.
