Kebobs

a tasty and healthy dinner. Serve on a bed of wild rice

Fast, easy, and A light meal the whole family will enjoy
2 organic tomatoes
1 organic zucchini
5 white mushrooms
1 red onion
1 organic green pepper
1 organic red pepper
1/2 organic pineapple
6 bamboo skewers
Organic protein of choice (prawns, chicken, steak)
Soak bamboo skewers while cutting the kebobs
Organic virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
Himalayan Sea Salt
Italian herb seasoning (oregano, thyme, basil)

Cut all of your vegetables and chosen meat or seafood into even bite sized pieces, leave prawns whole and devein them. It's now time to skewer your kebobs alternating vegetables, fish or meat.

Once all your skewers are loaded, drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle some italian seasonings and sea salt. Pop them onto the BBQ on a lower heat level and rotate every few minutes. You can also cook them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
