red pepper hummus dip

Great for wraps, ryvitta crackers or with raw veggies!

CONTAINS THE RIGHT PROTEIN, FAT, CARBOHYDRATES (AND LOTS OF GARLIC)
2 cups Garbonzo Bean (Chick Peas)
6 cloves organic garlic
1 organic red pepper
2 organic lemons
1/3 organic virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
1 yams peeled, steamed and mashed
Few pinches of sea salt and pepper
Jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp Tahini paste
1 tsp unpasturized honey (optional to sweeten)

In food processor add all ingredients except olive oil. Make sure to use the whole lemon (juice, pulp, and grate in the rind). Mix on high until completely smooth, add olive oil while mixing. Refrigerate.

Serve for dinner with a slice of organic rye bread.
