Seafood Chowder

A perfect meal for a cold day

CONTAINS THE RIGHT PROTEIN, FAT, CARBOHYDRATES (AND LOTS OF GARLIC)
1 cup wild scallops
1 cup wild shrimp
1 small wild salmon fillet, cut in pieces
1 small basa or halibut fillet, cut in pieces
3 cloves organic garlic
1/2 organic white onion, chopped
2 pieces organic kale, shredded
1/2 organic zucchini, chopped finely
1/2 cup purified water
Ground sage and oregano spices
1 can low sodium tomato sauce Dash of Himalayan sea salt

Cook all ingredients together on medium heat for up to 1 hour or until consistency is thick and rich. Serve for dinner with a slice of organic rye bread.

Makes enough for 2 servings
