CONTAINS THE RIGHT PROTEIN, FAT, CARBOHYDRATES (AND LOTS OF GARLIC)
In food processor add all ingredients except olive oil. Make sure to use the whole lemon (juice, pulp, and grate in the rind). Mix on high until completely smooth, add olive oil while mixing. Refrigerate. Serve for dinner with a slice of organic rye bread.
