The consultation is the imperative first step in the design of a successful program. Within our consultations we create a blue print of the actual strategy that will guide you directly towards the final outcome.

1. Initial Consultation

Our first conversation on the phone or in person to discuss goals and program is always free of charge. This is the opportunity to learn about each other and the programs.

2. Nutritional Consultation

This is a 1.5 hour meeting discovering the truth behind a health based body transformation. Topics of discussion- Whole food nutrition, metabolism building, body typing, energy enhancement, fat loss, building lean tissue, hydration, supplementation all leading to a lean body and vibrant health. Nutrition and supplement plans also available, please email for more information

COST  - $150 + tax.  

Train for Optimal Performance!

As an athlete; the development and utilization of a  proper training  regime is the essential ingredient to optimal performance. Making noticeable progressions in  speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility will lead to a more confident athlete while gaining a multidimensional assortment of skills.

The  proper athletic training  paired with sound  nutritional habits  and adequate rest is the recipe  that will take you to the next level in your  sport. We will look at the energy demands of your schedule and construct an entire  lifestyle approach that will prepare you to be in the best possible shape for the beginning of your  sporting season as well as  fitness maintenance  in the off season. If you feel that you may be spinning your wheels in the gym we can definitely assist you in  reaching your goals.

$75 per hour per person. Packages Available

Why Join a Group for Training?

Cost effective

Groups are never any larger than 4 ppl per session so you still get an individualized program but at a reduced rate.

Relationships

It can always be intimidating starting a new program on your own. When you join a group, every one is in the same boat. You push each other to make that hour an effective one. Great place to experience a positive, hard working and high energy atmosphere. Because the programs are still personalized it is a perfect fit whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

Family Group

We teach couples, siblings or room mates, mother - daughter or best friends, you name it. This is a great way to make a lifestyle change because you have the support and understanding of your family or friends. Going home to talk about your work out together, setting goals, planning healthy meals, it is a great way to bring the family together!

Group Training.  Packages Available

    • 2 to 4 people $60 each per hour
    • 5 to 8 people $50 each per hour
    • 8 or more people $40 each per hour

Kids Gain Skills & Confidence To Live A Strong Healthy Lifestyle!

Having fun is the most important aspect of an exercise program for youth. We design programs for all ages. We encourage youth to take part in a weekly creative workout session.

  • Youth enjoy our drills utilizing skipping ropes, cones, weighted sleds, and balance boards.
  • Goal setting 
  • A positive environment 
  • Sport specific exercises

We teach students benefits of teamwork and the positive aspects of friendly competition. We try to bring the potential out of each student so they can establish a base of confidence during early stages of athletic development.

When you start youth off on the right foot for exercise and athletics you can give them both the skills and the confidence necessary to live a strong healthy life.

We encourage parents to join in on certain activities, developing active lifestyle habits with your children.
