Working with Darrell has been a very uplifting experience for me. Literally!
He works with compound exercises such as the Squat and Dead lift. These are the basic ingredient to supply the body with power and strength and I am truly seeing results.
He also uses various training styles such as boxing, skipping, balance board, Swiss ball etc. This particular type of training targets the core area to the maximum and again the results are ten fold. Darrell is the most positive trainer I have experienced. He acknowledges and rewards my accomplishments. In turn this motivates me to work harder.
Darrell incorporates whole food nutrition and supplementation to achieve optimum levels of fitness. This is an absolute must if one is to achieve their goals for health and fitness.
