Darrell possesses over ten years of experience as both a lifestyle coach and personal trainer. He is striving to become the industries top fitness motivator. Darrell excels at a multitude of training styles including strength, speed, functional natural body building, body composition management, athletic training protocol and detailed lifestyle development programs.

Darrell's interests in cellular nutrition have allowed him to achieve a Master's Degree in the CSNA Sports Nutrition Program as well as completed his level one in the "Colgan Power Trainer" program.
