Groups are never any larger than 4 ppl per session so you still get an individualized program but at a reduced rate.

We teach couples, siblings or room mates, mother - daughter or best friends, you name it. Going home to talk about your work out together, setting goals, planning healthy meals, it is a great way to bring the family together!
4) The Club
The club happens every Saturday at 3pm. This is an advanced drop in class designed to kick butt. For people looking to really test their fitness. Not for the faint of heart!

Having fun is the most important aspect of an exercise program for youth. We design programs for all ages. We encourage youth to take part in a weekly creative workout session.
1. Drills with skipping ropes, cones, weighted sleds and balance boards.
