The Warrior

This is a vitamin packed drink! You will feel the energy surging through your body. One of our favorites.

1/2 cup fresh organic blueberries or frozen.
Summer time try fresh Richmond blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 tsp raw bee pollen
1 tbsp flax seed oil
1 tsp spirulina or greens powder
1/2 tsp calcium asorbate (vitamin c powder)
1 scoop whey protein isolate (vanilla flavour)
1/2 tsp blackstrap molasses
1/2 cup purified filtered water
Combine all ingredients in your blender and drink it down!
